Admissions Online

Welcome to St. John Catholic School and thank you for your interest.
 

A child entering Preschool must be 3yr by August1st and entering Kindergarten must be 5yr on or before August 1st.

 
How to Apply
 
Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $25 must be submitted with each application.
 
Create an Online Application
 
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
 
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

Admissions Policy

The Catholic schools in the Diocese of Little Rock admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.  The Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Little Rock do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies and scholarship programsother school-administered programs.

While St. John School does not discriminate against students with special needs, a full range of services may not be available to them. Decisions concerning the admission and continued enrollment of a student in the school are based upon the student’s emotional, academic, and physical abilities, and the resources available to the school in meeting the student’s needs.

*In the event that the number of applications exceeds available openings at a particular grade level, the family will be notified that their child is on a waiting list and will be contacted when a space becomes available.

Immunizations

We comply fully with Arkansas State Immunization guidelines for all students. Check with your family doctor or call our office with any questions. You may also visit the AR Dept of Health and Human Services website to learn more about required immunizations for your child.

Age Requirements

In compliance with diocesan regulations, no child shall be admitted unless he/she has attained the age grade level specific on or before August 1st of such school year.
